No person is without a problem, without struggle, without facing a challenge and my message this new Year is crystal clear – Sometimes we are tested but we need to discover our strength, there are lessons to be learnt, adopt ‘This too shall pass’, Keep faith and move on. As such, Grief changes shape but it never ends. After all, Tough times never last, tough people do. An emotion, a feeling within, bonding, love, caring, tolerating, forgiving and sacrificing is all that counts as we turn new pages this year.
