Ingredients
1 tablespoon clear honey
1?2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1?4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
300mL soy milk
Espresso coffee
Divide honey, vanilla and cinnamon between 2 cappuccino cups. Froth half the milk, then steam remainder until hot, following machine instructions. Pour steamed milk into cups, then spoon on froth. Pull a double shot of espresso; pour through middle of froth and serve.
